Chris passed away at his home overlooking Discovery Bay on March 2nd, 2011. He had just turned 48. Chris never complained during his long fight with cancer and he lived life to the fullest. He left behind his wife Rhonda, his mother Tova, brother Glenn and sister Janet, many nieces and nephews, and two step children Lindsay and Ryan.
