Kelly was born in Portland and grew up in Bellevue. After graduating from Interlake in 1981, she became a flight attendant, and wound up traveling the world. She then decided to move closer to family to raise her four boys in Oregon. She was a mother and a friend to many.
Kelly died of a brain aneurysm on January 4, 2021. She was 57 years old.
Sadly, Kelly is not the only member of her family on the IHS Memorial Wall. Her sister Amy is also listed, under the Class of 1982.
