Cathie passed away peacefully surrounded by siblings Sue, Nancy, and John, on June 19, 2014. She was 61 years old.
Sadly, Cathie is not the only member of her family on the IHS Memorial Wall. Her sister Sue passed away eleven years later, in 2025.
